DATA COLLECTION AND USAGE

Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with a smooth, efficient and customized experience. This allows us to provide features that are most likely to meet your needs, and to customize our service to make your experience easier.

Aggregate Data

We gather certain usage information like the number and frequency of visitors to our Site. This information may include which URL you just came from, which URL you next go to, what browser you are using, your IP address, the date and time of your request and certain information about your usage of our Site and Services. We use such data only in the aggregate. Casabi also uses cookies to tell us how and when pages on our Site are visited, and by how many people. This information is used for the purpose of evaluating your use of our Site, compiling reports on Site activity for Site operators and providing other services relating to Site activity and Internet usage. These analytical partners may transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or to third parties that process information on its behalf. Partners will not associate your IP address with any other data held regarding you.

Personally Identifiable Information

Users are asked to provide certain information when they sign up for our Services, such as name, mobile phone number, email address, and zip code (collectively "personally identifiable information"). The personally identifiable information collected from our customers during the registration process is used to manage each customer's account. We may also use this information to provide Services that more closely reflect your preferences, and for the following general purposes: to customize the content you see, provide you with Services, improve the Services, contact you in connection with the Services, conduct research, improve our marketing efforts, analyze Site and Services usage, improve our content and Services offerings, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.

In addition, to activate and manage your account and obtain access to certain Services, we require you to provide a passcode. When using your account or providing your account passcode, you must provide accurate and complete information to Casabi. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passcode and are solely responsible for any activity conducted using your passcode. You agree not to use the account, customer name, or passcode of another customer at any time unless that customer is under 18 and you are the parent or guardian of that customer.

You can access and edit your Services account information at any time via the Site and Services. You may request that we delete your account, and any information associated with your account, but please note that we may be required (by law or otherwise) to retain this information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete your information, it will be deleted from the active database but may remain in our archives.

As a part of the Services, you may input personal content into your Services account, and this personal content is accessible only to you and other family members who have the passcode to your Services account. "Personal content" includes, but is not limited to, any family's personal information that you submit, such as appointment, address book entries, messages, and to-do list items.

CasaBlast collects information about your usage of our Services, including, but not limited to, text messaging, "FamilyBlasts", voicemails and other Services features. When using the text messaging and other Services features, the Services automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, and the page you request. Note that each message that you send through the Services is stored on our servers, and we retain these messages on our servers.

We may use third party service providers to facilitate our Services, and therefore, we may provide some of your personally identifiable information directly to them. In addition, we employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Some examples include providing content, analyzing data, and providing customer service. These service providers have access to personally identifiable information and may use it as needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for any other purpose, except that they may aggregate your personally identifiable information with similar information from other customers in a manner that does not personally identify you. If you do not wish that we share your information with such service providers, please notify Casabi's privacy manager at ; however, please be aware that in such event, Casabi may be unable to provide the Services to you.

We may use personally identifiable information to contact you and deliver information to you via email or text messages on your Services account, if you are a Services customer. By accepting this Privacy Policy or by using our Services, you expressly agree to such usage and sharing of information.

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Services, such as service announcements and administrative messages that are considered part of your Services account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.

Casabi cooperates with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties, to enforce laws, such as protecting intellectual property rights and preventing fraud. We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims, to protect the property of Casabi or the safety of its employees or others, to investigate fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is or may be illegal or expose us or you to liability.

It is possible that Casabi or its partners could be acquired by or merged with another business entity. Should such a combination occur, you should expect that Casabi or its partners will share some or all of your personally identifiable information to continue to provide the Services. You will receive notice of such event (to the extent that it occurs), and we will request that the new combined entity follow the practices disclosed in this Privacy Policy or notify you of any changes.

CHILDREN

Casabi is concerned about the safety and privacy of children who use the Internet. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, Casabi will never knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent and may limit participation in certain services we provide to individuals over 13 years of age. A customer must be 18 in order to establish a Services account. If you are under age 13, please do not attempt to register for the Services or provide any personal information about yourself to us.

If we become aware that a child under 13 has or has attempted to provide us with personally identifiable information, we will use our best efforts to remove such information from our files as quickly as possible. We strongly recommend that minors 13 years of age or older ask their parents for permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet and we encourage parents to teach their children about safe internet use practices.

At a parent's request, we agree to provide additional details about the personal information we collect online, as well as the specific information that might be collected from children who visit the Site or use the Service. We agree to use reasonable procedures to ensure they are dealing with a child's parent or legal guardian before providing access to the child's specific information. Casabi uses standard industry practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information. Casabi treats data as an asset that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. We employ many different security techniques to protect such data from unauthorized access by users inside and outside the company.

Unfortunately, perfect security does not exist on the Internet, and therefore, Casabi makes no representations or warranties with regard to the sufficiency of our security measures.
